Wesley Dylan Oakes Scholarship Established at Community Foundation

Sharon King recently created the Wesley Dylan Oakes Scholarship Fund at the Community Foundation of Washington County MD to memorialize her son who passed away in 2012. Wesley played football in high school and graduated in 2006 from Middletown High School.
