Stacey is president/CEO for the Community Foundation and works closely with donors to help them fulfill their charitable goals by finding the fund that’s right for them. She also works with the board of trustees, professional advisors and nonprofits in the community to inspire and grow philanthropy for the benefit of Washington County.  Prior to coming to the Community Foundation, Stacey served as executive director of college advancement at Hagerstown Community College (HCC) for six years where she was responsible for the management and administration of the HCC Foundation, HCC Alumni Association and independent volunteer board. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and member of Leadership Frederick County Class 2010, Leadership Washington County Class 2017 and Rotary Club of Hagerstown. In her spare time, Stacey spends time with her husband, three sons and daughter. She likes watching WVU sports, coaching the Smithsburg High School Track and Field team and helping with her family’s thoroughbred horse operation.
