The Community Foundation will hold a free planned gift seminar at its office on Wednesday, July 13 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Attorney Chester Hobbs will discuss how charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts can all provide tax savings and/or additional income while helping one reach their charitable goals.Mr. Hobbs works at Dolina/Hobbs, LLC where he assists clients with their estate planning, managing estate administration and trust administration.For more information on this seminar or to make a reservation to attend, please call the Foundation at (301) 745-5210.
