Hagerstown Sunrise Rotary Club Offers Scholarship to Area Students

The Rotary Club of Hagerstown Sunrise Foundation Scholarship Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation, announces the availability of applications for students pursuing a two or four-year degree or certificate program from an accredited educational institution. All students, including those individuals who have pursued a non-traditional education path, will be considered and should demonstrate a strong commitment to community service, leadership and extracurricular activities.“Hagerstown Sunrise Rotary is excited to offer a new yearly scholarship award to help Washington County residents continue their educational pursuits,” said Meg Harsh, Sunrise Scholarship Chairperson. “We hope this scholarship will help strengthen our community.”Active members of the Hagerstown Sunrise Rotary, their spouses, domestic partners, children and grandchildren are not eligible for this scholarship.
