This fund was created in memory of Mark Alan Frey, and will assist the costs of trade school, gun/hunting safety and/or hunting licensing, or FFA/4H projects. 

Eligible applicants are young men ages 15-24 living in Washington County, MD or Franklin County, PA. Preference for those who are currently serving in or a veteran of the U.S. armed services.
