The September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance Development Fund will support the charitable interests of The September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance, a dynamic 1,300-mile multipurpose trail connecting the three national 9/11 memorials. This trail provides unparalleled opportunities for exploration, reflection, education, activity, and celebration. With more than 50% of the route being off-road, travelers have the opportunity to connect with communities and their historic, industrial, and cultural points of interest, from historical parks to wildlife refuges and many memorials. For some, traveling the 9/11 National Memorial Trail will be a pilgrimage or a grand adventure. For others, it will be a family stroll one afternoon. For everyone, it will be a journey of hope and remembrance, honoring the resilience and perseverance we have as Americans.
